How you can get involved!
Native Animal Rescue relies wholly on donations and grants from members of the public, local business, and sometimes the government. Our 200 strong volunteer base from around WA is the lifeblood that keeps NAR operating, and we are always happy to have support from new faces.
There are lots of ways that you can get involved with our work. Please have a look at the following links to see what might work best for you.
Memberships
The simplest way to support us is to become a member with an annual membership fee. Members help to support us financially and receive email updates to keep them informed of any upcoming projects and our daily work.
Donate
If you want to help support us but can’t commit to a regular volunteer schedule, we are happy to accept monetary support in the form of donations. All donations over $2 are tax-deductible and go towards daily operating costs, food, medical treatment, and maintenance of our animal facilities.
Volunteering
Volunteers are important for helping with the daily upkeep and maintenance of our animal hospital and the centre in general. We can use a variety of skills, from animal husbandry and handling to administration and gardening. Just let us know what works best for you!
Sponsorship
We offer sponsorship opportunities for local businesses, and we are always interested in forming a partnership where there is a mutual benefit. Sponsorships can be in the form of monetary or in-kind donations and on-grounds works. If you have another idea for a sponsorship or partnership, please let us know.
